«Autobahn» purchased mobile asphalt mixing plant BENNINGHOVEN МВА 200, cyclic type.

In June 2010 "Autobahn" purchased a contemporary mobile mixing plant BENNINGHOVEN МВА 200, cyclic type, which meets the worldwide standards, manufactured by a recognized German company BENNINGHOVEN.
Plant performance is 200 tons/hour (at 4% humidity of materials). МВА 200 allows producing the state-of-the-art grades of asphaltic concrete using stabilizing granulized additives (VIATOP 66 and others) for production of stone-mastic asphaltic concrete mix. The plant is fitted with a cutting-edge dust-catching system of filters, ensuring the purity of effluent gases (not more than 250 mg/nm3) pursuant to the worldwide ecological regulations. Asphalt production process is performed using the state-of-the-art software "Online Batcher 3000" and controlled by operator.
In the beginning of July the mobile asphalt mixing plant МВА 200 arrived to the production facilities "Denkovo", located on 90th km of Volokolamskoye shosse. After 2 weeks the plant was completely erected and the production of asphalt mix SMA-20 commenced for purposes of repair of a part of Novorizhskoye shosse.
The installation and setup of equipment was performed by the maintenance personnel, supervised by two German specialists from BENNINGHOVEN. For one and a half months of failure-free operation of the plant about 30,000 tons of high quality asphalt mix SMA-20 were produced.
