Autobahn applies a range of innovative technologies in the course of road construction works, in particular these are advanced technologies of installation of protecting coats, including those constructing using Novachip Technology. Application of Novachip protecting coat allows to suspend destruction and extend the useful life of existing covers with signs of wear in the form of chipping, peeling, crack-forming; restore and enhance the adhesion capabilities of the road surface; enhance the water resistance of the pavement, increase its resistance to rutting and shear loads, thus expanding the time between repairs.

Autobahn is performing works with success for repair of the following roads using Novachip Technology in 2011: A-108 (km47+000-km53+000); A-107 (km25+000-km35+000); M-5 “Urals” (km60-km81).
Autobahn have an asphalt concrete plant, a bitumen emulsion producing unit and a specialized VOGELE SUPER 1800-2 Spray Jet asphalt spreader in our possession. Availability of this equipment and of the highly skilled, especially trained staff allows to produce the necessary materials as required for this technology and to perform construction and installation works with high quality.
