The traffic interchange located between Priozerskoye Highway and PK 792+59 Russia Highway is part of St.Petersburg ring road.;

The project was designed by Gidrostroimost and Petersburg Dorservice institutes.

Construction and installation work were carried out from July 2004 to December 2005.

The traffic interchange comprises a reinforced concrete overpass 77.8 m long, three pipe culverts and 5 interchange ramps with a total length of 2,098 m. The road category is 1B.

Apart from construction and installation work, electric lightening and two hydro botanic sites were provided.

The interchange has considerably improved traffic conditions in the city and regionwide.
