On February 18, 2011 the contract was signed between Russian-German Joint Venture Autobahn Ltd and "Corporation Engtransstroy", LLC on construction of traffic interchange on the 57th km of highway M-5 "Ural".

According to the results for 2009, Russian-German Joint Venture Autobahn Ltd was declared a winner in competition "Roads of Russia-2010", nomination: Best contracting organization. The competition was conducted by All-Russia branch association of road facilities employers "ASPOR" together with All-Russia trade union of motor transport employees.
